THE aim of this paper is to consider wheTHEr critical rationalism has any ideas which could usefully be applied to THE INTERNET.  Today we tend to take THE INTERNET for granted and it is easy to forget that it was only about two decades ago that it began to be used to any significant extent. Accordingly in section 1 of THE paper, THEre is a brief consideration of THE history of THE INTERNET.  At first sight this makes it looks implausible that any of Popper’s ideas could be applicable to THE INTERNET, since Popper died before THE INTERNET came into general use.  However, section 2 argues that Popper’s THEory of World 3 does apply very well to THE INTERNET.  This application is significant because, as shown in section 3, it leads to THE problem of misinformation, which is one of THE most significant problems generated by THE INTERNET.  In section 4 THEre is an attempt to solve this problem using ideas taken from Popper’s epistemology. It is argued that THEre should be changes in education designed to prepare students for THE INTERNET age. Teaching in THE INTERNET age should focus on presenting to THE students not just THE accepted THEories but also THE evidence on which THEy are based. An illustration of how this might be done is given by considering an example from science teaching, namely THE teaching of Newtonian mechanics in THE last years of school or first years of university.

Purpose: THE present research aimed at finding an answer to THE question of THE process of influence of CYBERSPACE on Iranian Poetry in THE future, and THE influence of CYBERSPACE on various aspects of poetry such as content, its audience, THE poet, THE media that published THE poem, THE process of composing THE poem, THE rights of THE author, and Globalization of THE Iranian poetry. Method: THE Delphi technique was used to carry out this research. A group of experts comprising professors in THE fields of Communication and Literature was selected. THE expert’s opinions were collected and analyzed through an in-depth interview, a questionnaire based on THE Likert scale, and by THE execution of three stages of Delphi rounds. Findings: Accordingly, considering THE content, THE experts predicted that due to THE impact of CYBERSPACE, THE quality of THE poetry will be reduced and consequently, THE language of poetry will become simpler and close to prose and it will only reflect THE daily events of life. Regarding THE audience, THEy concluded that THE audience’s selection power will be increased, however, we can differentiate between THE public and professional audience. With respect to THE sender, THEre will be no phenomenon of multi authors, and regarding THE channel, THE experts agreed upon Media Convergence besides, THE poets’ agency in publishing THEir own poems will be increased. Conclusion: Experts believe that THE spread of communication technologies will make censorship ineffective. This is THE only case in which THE group believes in THE impact of technology on THE future of poetry. THE group of experts did not reach a consensus regarding THE impact of technology on THE phenomena such as publication of author’s poems as one’s original work and THE Globalization of Iranian poetry, thus, analyzed THEse items in THE framework of THE human agency.

Since information technology has created broad and dramatic political-social developments, new and unique ethical problems have emerged in this field that needs addressing. IT has not only affected everyday actions and measures, but has also changed THE way people understand THEm. Some of THE concepts in THE field of ethics and political philosophy with specific applications have been challenged with THE development of information technology, including THE concepts of ownership, privacy, distribution of power, fundamental freedoms and ethical responsibility to be mentioned.Cultural and moral system which now prevails in CYBERSPACE is merely THE ethics in modern Western society with special historical characteristics of western society after Renaissance. THE normal and cultural system has affected THE two characteristics of "broad and deep materialism and seeking THE welfare" and" opposition to THE past and any traditional and religious principles".This research aims to test of moral norms in CYBERSPACE (INTERNET) in a descriptive - analytical method and it is applied. THE population includes those using Yahoo chat room in Reginal (Asia) and Country and Culture (Persian) THE majority of whom is Farsi-speakers. From THE 500 sent messages, 70 people according to sex, marital status, age, education, and location were talked with about sex issues.Results showed that THE number of men was more than women and more virtual conversations room and most of THE respondents were at most 30 years old and unmarried. THE use of modern technology also was directly associated with education so that 70 percent of respondents had a bachelor degree or higher. According to THE main feature of CYBERSPACE in which THE identity of users remains hidden, so adventuresome and deconstruction in THE expression of views is more widespread. Thus, sex issues and finding sex partner is quite commonly discussed by THE majority of users in CYBERSPACE and this is more concerned among men than among women.

During THE last decade of THE 20th century, along with extraordinarily fast developments and evolutions in computer-based communication, and also THE increasingly widespread access of different societies to THE INTERNET and cyber networks, considerable efforts have been made to find an appropriate pattern for studying INTERNET and THE dimensions of its political and social impacts. Among THEse efforts, THE concept of public sphere defined according to sociological ideas of Jurgen Habermas has gained an outstanding status. In this field, researchers are usually interested in answering THE question that wheTHEr computer-based communication in THE net can pave THE way for political development and reinforcement of democracy through THE revival of public sphere? In order to answer this question, we have to basically know wheTHEr THE idea of public sphere is an appropriate THEoretical pattern for researching this field or not? Each of THE THEoretical works and researches accomplished during recent years -of which some are mentioned in this article- have taken some aspects of THE concept of public sphere into consideration and have used THE concept to study THE relation between INTERNET, politics and power, and also THEir reciprocal impacts. THEse studies suggest that according to many researchers THE concept of public sphere proves to be an appropriate THEoretical pattern; but except few scholars, all believe that this pattern needs some modification or adaptation to specific conditions of computer-based communication and THE recent evolutions in different societies.

In this article THE effect of INTERNET usage on national identity is studied. THE main question is, wheTHEr THEre is a connection and correlation between each dimensions of INTERNET usage and national identity of users. Secondary questions discuss THE same question in THE case of each dimensions of national identity. In this conceptual model, religious identity as an intervener variable is considered. THE researchers have used THE field researching method with THE help of questionnaire accessory for quantitative part. THE enquiry questionnaire has been distributed between 320 students of Islamic azad university, science and research branch of Tehran. THE results of data analysis in testing of main assumptions has shown THEre is a complete Bivariate correlation between amount of INTERNET usage and cognitive dimension of users’ national identity with intensity of 0.119 in positive direction. THEre are positive correlation coefficients between duration of INTERNET usage and behavioral and cognitive dimensions of users’ national identity. For informational aspect of usage, with national identity, positive correlation and for communicational aspect and entertainment aspect, negative correlation has been gained.

THE development of THE INTERNET and CYBERSPACE has grown rapidly in recent years, and its infrastructure has been largely developed. One of THE main problems in technology development is THE replacement of technology with labor; Since this replacement can lead to a reduction in THE employment rate on THE one hand, and to THE development of business and employment on THE oTHEr, it must be examined wheTHEr THE development of CYBERSPACE leads to an increase or decrease in employment. Is it possible to design an employment strategy in CYBERSPACE development whose first priority is employment development? Policies should be adopted in a way that does not only focus on consumption and infrastructure development, but also plans to take advantage of increased employment opportunities in THE virtual or INTERNET age. THErefore, to explain THE positive impact of CYBERSPACE on employment, using THE combined index of CYBERSPACE and THE cost minimization model in THE production function for THE years 1372 to 1397 and using THE ARDL method and in order to continue and develop THE positive effects of CYBERSPACE on employment, public strategies and CYBERSPACE employment development strategies are presented. THE results show that CYBERSPACE with a coefficient of 0. 11 and from last year with a coefficient of 0. 04 has a positive effect on employment development and to continue and develop this impact, we must firstly rely on improving THE INTERNET and traditional business environment and secondly pursue THE development of CYBERSPACE with employment strategies.

During THE last two decades, with THE growth and development of network communications and increasing access of nations to THE INTERNET and ICTs, THE world has been witnessing a dramatic change. Many scholars in political, sociological, and communication fields have been questioning THE ability and capability of this phenomenon to strengTHEn democracy and citizen participation in political life within THE framework of Habermasian concept of "public sphere". Each writer has examined relationships between INTERNET and politics or political power and THEir interactions from his point of view. A majority of THEse studies have shown that THE "public sphere" as a conceptual framework is useful, but needs to be reformulated and adapted to specific circumstances of a society while considering capabilities and threats of CMC for social life. 

THE main purpose of THE present article is to examine "IPTV" and "INTERNET TV" in Iran and THE world, and THE technologies of delivering film and video in Iranian CYBERSPACE. THE research method used in this study is documentary and INTERNET-based. As for IPTV, THE study uses research reports belonging to THE International Telecommunications Union, and for INTERNET TV and technologies of distributing videos and films in Iranian CYBERSPACE, THE study, using purposeful sampling technique, analyzes 7 web sites, i.e. YouTube, Google Video, Kalam TV, Khedmat TV, Ghalam Sima, Mojesevom and Razavi TV, as THE main technologies of distributing video and film in Iranian CYBERSPACE.Using THE main websites of THEse INTERNET channels, THE article attempts to closely examine THEir functions and features. Based on this study, it seems that THE IRIB, as a national media, should observe INTERNET channels closely and consider THE new needs of CYBERSPACE audience and consequently make THE required plans in this regard.
